Holguín: Xetid contributes to completion of bank procedures

The Ticket online reservation platform, developed by the Defense Information Technology Company (Xetid), contributes in Holguín to the completion of procedures of the bank Banco Popular de Ahorro (BPA).

José Alexei Leyva Desdín, head of the Implantation and Training Center of the entity’s territorial division, informed that through the inclusion of shifts for several of its services, users can now access free of charge to requests and deliveries of magnetic and matrix cards and execution of procedures related to the Property Title of the General Housing Law.

Although initially it will only be available in one branch in the city of Holguín, other BPA offices in the province will be gradually incorporated, where priority will be given to people who have booked through the platform, as a way of speeding up the processes and promoting bankarization, he said.

Leyva Desdín underscored that other services available in the application include the management of fuel supply in the municipalities of Gibara, Cacocum, Báguanos, Banes, Antilla and the provincial capital city, as well as the scheduling of appointments in notary’s offices and the Civil Registry.

To use it, it is only necessary to install the application, which can be downloaded from Apklis or from the web address https://ticket.xutil.net/, and after creating an account, subscribe to the plans offered, which vary between 12 and 50 Cuban pesos, he added.

The specialist also added that users can go on Tuesdays and Thursdays to the entity itself or to the nearest Community Computer Clubs where they are offered assistance in the installation, configuration and training for the use of Ticket.

Xetid, a company specializing in the software, automation and communications sector, not only drives technological progress, but also plays a crucial role in compliance with Resolution 111 of 2023, which dictates the increased use of electronic payment channels in commercial transactions.
