As from December 11, customers of Banco Popular de Ahorro (BPA) in the province of Holguín clients will have access to the services of application and delivery of magnetic and matrix cards, as well as the processing of the Title of Ownership of the General Housing Law, through the Cuban online reservation platform Ticket, developed by the company Xetid.
According to María Caridad Martínez Peregrín, head of the Department of Institutional Communication at the Provincial Department of Institutional Communications at the Provincial Directorate of BPA bank, at first the Provincial Directorate of this bank, they will initially start providing this service service at the 6912 branch in the city of Holguín, located on José Antonio Cardet St., on the corner of Martí and José Antonio Cardet, and will gradually include other bank offices in the province.
Each user has the possibility of adding up to three beneficiaries, and in the case of the application and delivery of magnetic and matrix cards, there will be no subscription cost, but this is not the case for the Title Deed service of the General Housing Law.
She added that at the bank branch, priority will be given to those who reserve through this platform, as two people who purchased a turn through the Ticket application will be alternated with one from the line (queue).
It is important for the customer to know that the application for the magnetic card in local currency has a cost of 15 CUP, which is paid at the bank office on the day it is presented, while in the case of the magnetic card in USD with MLC backing, it is free of charge”, said Martínez Peregrín.
The delivery service for magnetic and matrix cards must be requested 20 days after requesting or renewing the magnetic card, either at the BPA bank office or through the Transfermóvil.
As for the service of Property Title Processing of the General Housing Law, said the head of Institutional Communication of BPA in Holguín, the customer must have the Resolution of the Municipal Housing
Directorate and go to the bank office within 30 working days after the notification issued by that entity.
