The XXI International Crafts Fair Iberoarte-2023 will take place in Holguin from October 5th to 22nd. This time it will be dedicated to Mexican handicrafts and will concentrate its main commercial activities in Expoholguin Fairgrounds.
According to Lisset Sera Rodriguez, communicator of the Cuban Fund of Cultural Goods (FCBC), among the foreign representation that will attend this cultural event are countries such as Peru, Costa Rica, Argentina, Russia, Palestine and Mexico.

From the national territory, we will have the presence of artisans and artists from the provinces of Guantanamo, Las Tunas, Havana and Holguin, from the latter ones, we will have a representation of Self-Employed Workers.
In a collateral way to this Ibero-American Craftsmanship party, other activities will be developed, such is the case of the exhibition and commercialization of Paintings in the Lote Fausto Cristo space of the National Union of Cuban Writers and Artists (Uneac) in Holguin.
In the Uneac’s own gallery space, the personal exhibition of Mexican painter Lourdes Martinez Puentes, professor at the Autonomous University of Queretaro, will be presented and in the gallery of the Pernik Hotel, the Photographic Exhibition of Nature, by Cuban artist Yoandry Sarmiento, will be held.

At Uneac’s galenic space will be presented the personal exhibition of Mexican painter Lourdes Martinez Puentes, professor at the Autonomous University of Queretaro and in the gallery of the Hotel Pernik, will be held the Photographic Exhibition of Nature, by artist Yoandry Sarmiento from Las Tunas.
On the other hand, there will be a round of business, exchange and opportunities with other companies and suppliers of raw materials for the creators of the beautiful art of handicrafts, which will be hosted by the Cuban Fund of Cultural Goods of Holguin.
Iberoarte-2023 will have a schedule from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, local time, in which the attending public will be able to enjoy this great cultural event.
