The Havana team, managed by Guillermo Carmona. Achieved its twelfth victory in a game that leveled the head-to-head record against Matanzas. Also who remain stuck in last place in the championship.

A second inning that turned into a whirlwind, with six runs driven in largely by a grand slam from Félix Rodríguez. Tipped the scales early at the Latinoamericano Stadium. Where the Blues defended their home turf to secure a close 7-6 win.

Rodríguez had a dominant night, adding two hits and driving in five runs. Establishing himself as the central figure in a game that remained tense until the final buzzer.

On the mound, Fher Cejas solidified his status as a key player with a six-inning start, striking out seven. Allowing just four hits, and issuing only one walk to earn his second win.

The right-hander from Havana, converted to a starter this season, is displaying absolute dominance with 19 innings pitched. Also allowing only two runs, and posting a 0.95 ERA. He also leads the league in strikeouts with 18.

Matanzas responded with five runs against reliever Fernando Betanzo and added another in the bottom of the inning against Yunier Batista. Including two RBIs from José Amaury Noroña, but the comeback fell short.

Batista secured the final five outs to record his sixth save. While Sair Sánchez took the loss after a brief outing in which he allowed five runs in just one inning.

At Julio Antonio Mella Stadium, Artemisa surprised Las Tunas with a 7-4 extra-inning victory. A result that not only tied the series but also stripped the Lumberjacks of their lead.

The decisive blow came in the extra inning with three runs, driven in by a home run from Harold Vázquez off reliever Alberto Pablo Civil, who ended up with the loss.

Juan Manuel Díaz and Dayan García also contributed to the offensive power. Also both with home runs at different points in a game that was decided in the final moments.

Israel Sánchez earned the win after four flawless innings from the bullpen. While Leonardo Ocle closed out the game with authority to record the save.
At Calixto García Stadium, Mayabeque defeated Holguin 9-8 in a high-tension game that went to the tenth inning. Giving the Hurricanes a 3-1 victory in the series.

Timely hits by Yoasán Guillén and Yasiel Agete broke the tie in extra innings. Securing a win that held despite the opposing team’s offensive surge.

For Holguin, home runs by Leonardo Alarcón, Michel Gorguet, and Leonardo Montero were not enough against the visitors’ response.

Following these results, Industriales leads the standings with a 12-8 record. Followed by Las Tunas (11-9), Artemisa (10-9), Mayabeque (10-10), Holguin (9-11), and Matanzas (7-12).
