The Eastern North Division of the Caribe Stores Chain has issued a call for applications from self-employed workers and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). Interested in leasing commercial spaces in this eastern province.
According to the announcement, applicants must appear at the Eastern North Division headquarters. Located on Carretera Central No. 30 between Martí and Holguin streets, in the city of Holguin. Between July 22nd and 29th, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.. To submit their application along with the required legal documentation.
The spaces available for bidding are the La Esperanza building, located at 213 Cervantes Street. And the Warranty Workshop, located at 332 B Frexes Street, between Carbó and Constitución Streets.
Self-employed workers are required to present their national identity card. Authorization to conduct their business, certification of a project approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (MTSS). A tax identification (ONAT), bank account certification in local currency. Registration in the Commercial Registry, and a health license, if applicable.
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) must present the identity card of the authorized partner, a notarized public deed. Registration in the Commercial Registry, bank account certification, registration in the Commercial Registry, and a unique tax identification number.
The entity specified that all documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope and that the deadline for applications is July 29th, 2026.
