Moscow Demands End to Washington’s Blockade Against Cuba

Russia demands an end to the illegal blockade of Cuba. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov told the TASS news agency on Friday.

“We insist that Cuba’s security be guaranteed. We demand an end to the completely illegal and illegitimate blockade of the island,” the Russian diplomat emphasized.

Later, Ryabkov stressed that he was confident that the results Washington expects from this blockade would not be achieved in the future.

It was previously reported that the Russian oil tanker Anatoly Kolodkin. Which was carrying humanitarian aid, docked in the port of Matanzas, Cuba. On March 31st, with more than 100,000 tons of fuel.
