Holguín Community Computer Clubs are offering clients the possibility of accessing to registered documents of births, deaths and marriages. Such option is part of the national strategy towards the computerization of society.
This service that has already been implemented in different parts of the country, but was recently approved for 20 offices of this type in the province, thru an agreement between the Network of Technological Services and the Provincial Direction of Justice.
Maureen Morejón Guío, manager on communication at the Community Computer Clubs in Holguín, explained that thru the service of consultancy and implementation, natural people can transact birth certificates, of matrimony or divorces, as well as death certificates, for just ten pesos.
Likewise, the communicator said that clients have the possibility of following the process, and that once it is completed, thru the service of management and copying of the information, it can be download to later print the document for just five pesos.
As on the time to wait for them, Morejón Guío explained that it all depends on the work at the proceeding offices, but that they are thinking on giving some priority of all those that bet on the digital claims, and once the client goes for the document, he/she can sign it (them) in the respective offices.
With this service the law offices rely on digital alternatives that would ease all the procedures, which are taking a long way when done in person.
