
The territorial division of Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Cuba in Holguín (Etecsa) has made available since August 31 new functionalities through its website www.etecsa.cu or the Online Services application for cell phones with Android operating system.
Online Services, EtecsaAccording to Iliana Fernández, communications specialist of this agency, the new functionalities allow to validate and select among the available Nauta Hogar offers, to make the change to a higher or lower speed, and supports the creation of mail and national navigation accounts.
She also said that the service offers to make payments through the ENZONA gateway and to request it, the modem must be turned on before starting the request, only in this way the change of offer can be validated.
The communication specialist also added that the customer must have funds to change the Nauta Hogar service, for which the customer must authenticate in Servicios en Línea, access Servicios Hogar / Ofertas Servicio Nauta Hogar, and then enter his Nauta Hogar account and password.
The payment is made automatically if you have sufficient credit in your quota fund, because if you do not have the necessary fund, you will receive a notification with the amount of money to be paid before continuing, and the five percent discount is maintained for payments made through the ENZONA payment gateway.
