Have you ever wondered what quiet luxury is and why it is completely changing our perspective on success and happiness?
For a long time, society has taught us that wealth is measured by material things, by visible brands and by the accumulation of goods. One of the lessons, at least for me, that the Covid-19 pandemic left us was knowing that the most important thing for human beings is health.
However, people seeking deep personal growth are asking a much more important question. How to achieve authentic success without sacrificing their well-being, peace of mind, or health.
Knowing how to live a full life in a world full of constant noise requires a radical change in mindset. True wealth today does not make noise; You don’t need to prove anything to anyone.
When we analyze the habits of successful people, we realize that their highest priorities cannot be bought with money.
True personal status is found in the ability to control your time, to enjoy optimal health that fills you with energy every morning. And to achieve peace of mind so solid that no external anxiety can take it away from you.
If you are wondering how to reduce daily stress and improve your quality of life, the answer lies in learning to value small everyday privileges.
Starting your mornings leisurely, cultivating relationships based on genuine affection. Also having complete freedom of movement to change course whenever you want. Building a peaceful home that functions as your serenity are the real long-term goals.
After the publication of the article “Mental health in times of crisis: when the environment hurts”, by our columnist Israel Fagundo, much is being said about the importance of health. Above all, mental health in these times of economic crisis in Cuba.
And Fagundo said: «there is a lot of talk about resilience as the ability to overcome. The Cuban people have demonstrated amazing resilience for decades. But resilience is not infinite. “When the crisis is prolonged and solutions do not arrive, the rope stretches and can break.”
«We must not confuse surviving with living. Surviving means resisting, enduring, getting through the day. Living implies being able to project oneself, enjoy, rest, feel hope. Mental health is not just not being sick: it is having well-being. And well-being needs material conditions, not just internal strength,” argued the columnist.
And with certainty Fagundo concluded: “Your sadness, your anger, your insomnia, your hopelessness, are not personal failures. They are human reactions to an inhuman environment.”
Redefining your priorities will allow you to understand that the greatest sophistication is found in simplicity and inner balance. And health is the great luxury of our lives. You can be rich and if you are not healthy you are poor, because that is the gold of our existence.
To you Cuban who read me, from Cuba or any part of the world, I send you a hug to wish you much peace and health.
