Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez denounced today informational biases on AI platforms, which he claims favor their creators and funders.
“New research from the Cubadebate Media Observatory presents evidence of this reality. Which we frequently encounter today, especially on social media,” he stated on his social media profile.
“Such is the case with Grok on X, which tends to explain Cuban reality from liberal-conservative and anti-communist perspectives,” he added.
According to the article published on Cubadebate, a recent analysis of 30 responses generated by Grok, the AI assistant for X, suggests a lack of neutrality. The study alters qualitative readings and basic counts of ideological terms and categories.
