Carmen Gertrudys Bejerano Tamayo, director of Minjus in Holguín, informs that “the operations that allow to assume the payment of services digitally have already been effectively incorporated”.
Minjus in Holguin extends payment of services with QR codes
“Initially we started by enabling QR codes through the Enzona platform in four units of the head municipality: notaries one and two, the Property Registry and we incorporated the territorial scope commercial registry.”Currently the QR codes are enabled for the Transfermovil platform, which are available in all units of the province, so those applicants for services in notaries as in the Land Registry can make the payment digitally.
Bejerano clarifies that “civil registries are excluded from this process in which the services provided in these units are free of any payment, we only assume the paper stamps or the tax on the document known as “digital stamp”.
