Holguin Singer-Songwriter Lidis Lamorú Concludes Tour Celebrating 33 Years in the Music Industry

Holguin singer-songwriter Lidis Lamorú Febles concluded her 33-year career tour today in the municipality of Bolivia. The tour, which included her show “For a Smile,” took her to theaters and community spaces throughout the province of Ciego de Avila.

One of the tour’s highlights was a performance at the Teatro Principal in the provincial capital. Also where the artist presented a repertoire combining music, puppetry, and direct child participation to a predominantly children’s and family audience.

Lamorú is recognized in Cuba not only for her musical work but also for the educational value of her classic songs. Which are used as motivational tools in music education and other subjects within the educational system.
