These include civil construction and technical assembly, as well as restoration, maintenance, and the production and sale of asphalt concrete, all aimed at supporting regional development.

Institutional communications specialist Yelennis González Rodríguez explained that the program features voluntary blood donation drives. The delivery of resources to priority care centers for vulnerable individuals, special morning gatherings for staff. And moving reunions with the company’s founders who laid its original foundations.

Furthermore, the agenda includes activities geared toward younger generations, the planting of fifty fruit trees, and the launch of a new digital feature titled “Faces of INGECO.” Designed to highlight the individuals who make up the company’s workforce and showcase their dedication. The footprint of this construction company extends across a wide range of significant economic, environmental, and social infrastructure projects that continue to serve the public today.

Among its most emblematic undertakings are highly complex sections of the Central Highway—specifically the Holguin–Moa and Moa–Baracoa stretches—the asphalt renovation of the Frank País Airport, the Colorado and Mayari dams, and the Nipe–Gibara water pipeline. As well as strategic roadways in the Palma–Barajagua and Marcane–Biran areas and the municipality of Calixto García.
