Starting in the second half of this month, the Cuban Telecommunications Company in Holguín, ETECSA, in Holguín, will carry out a reduction in the minimum amount that extends the life cycle of a prepaid mobile line.
As Iliana Fernández, a specialist in institutional communication of that entity in the territory, informed Radio Angulo Digital, since last December 15 of the recently concluded 2023, all prepaid mobile telephony customers who recharge through any of the established channels with an amount equal to or greater than 100 CUP, the life cycle of the mobile line will be extended.
Fernández commented that this possibility is also valid for all purchases or gifts, of Combined Plans or Packages that clients receive, for an amount equal to or greater than 100 CUP. This recharge can be done through all means, that is, Online Services (using the Transfermóvil or ENZONA payment gateways), Transfermóvil and MiTransfer wallet.
The specialist explained that the same life cycle validity is maintained, 330 active days + 30 additional non-active days, valid for recharging. And if the customer has the active line, they can dial *222# and an SMS will indicate the expiration date of the line.
She said that if you do not have the active line, you can find out the expiration date by calling the owner of the line at 52642266 or accessing the online services APK and creating an account with the mobile number of which you want to know the expiration date.
The Cuban Telecommunications Company, ETECSA, will continue during 2024 looking for alternatives to achieve greater customer satisfaction, a fundamental purpose of this entity in the province of Holguín.
