Cuba‘s Prime Minister Manuel Marrero, in his capacity as deputy of the National Assembly of People’s Power (Parliament), today checked several social works in progress in the northeastern province of Holguín.

Accompanied by Congresswoman Sonia Chacón, the head of government verified the progress of the camping site located in the town of Calentones, which is about to be inaugurated after a long investment process; outthere, it was also checked the construction of a desalination plant for the benefit of residents and the nearby recreation center.

Marrero Cruz is one of the 470 deputies of the 10th Legislature of the Cuban Parliament, which was constituted in April of this year.
