Holguin’s Medano Company Drives Innovation in Construction Materials Management

The Holguin Construction Materials Company (Medano) is grounding its management in innovation with the aim of sustaining production. Reducing costs and diversifying its product range. Through the recovery of technological equipment and the active involvement of its workforce.

Yudelkis Salcedo Fernández, the entity’s Technical and Development Director, explained to CNA that prioritizing programs associated with the Science and Technology Forum. And the National Association of Innovators and Rationalizers (ANIR) is essential for the company. These initiatives serve as a means to overcome technological limitations and ensure the industry’s continued viability.
