Regarding the main challenges of the world economy, he made reference to those pointed out years ago by Fidel Castro: the geopolitical one. Marked by military, economic and social tensions. The high debt of the countries; the impact of new technologies on ethics, labor, salaries, finances. And the concentration of wealth; and, finally, climate change.
In this confusing world scenario, he said, Cuba has experienced each of the global crises under the blockade. Which has progressively and brutally escalated by producing a combination of coercive measures that have no precedent in history.
