The Holguin municipality of Cacocum hosted a meeting of the Municipal Administration Council (CAM) this Thursday. Presided over by Governor Manuel Francisco Hernández Aguilera.

Afterward, the Governor toured the community of Limpio Chiquito to inspect the installation of solar panels donated by the People’s Republic of China.
At the Cacocum CAM, the Governor of Holguin, along with local authorities. He analyzed the main strategic lines for territorial development. Among the topics discussed was the emergency plan designed to increase revenue and reduce unnecessary expenses. Within the context of improving the municipal management model.
The meeting also examined the territory’s export performance, food production as a priority for import substitution. Ensuring food security for the population, staffing levels in key sectors. And the progress of the decentralization process to local governments.
After the meeting, the Governor, who is also a deputy to the National Assembly of People’s Power. Traveled to District 72 in the Limpio Chiquito community. There, the authorities observed the installation of solar panels. A benefit that will reach 89 homes where 179 people reside.
Moreover this project is the result of a donation from the People’s Republic of China. The Governor reaffirmed the government’s commitment to the people and emphasized that face-to-face dialogue. Listening to the population’s concerns, and uniting efforts are the path to transforming realities.
