Vertice Company is executing new housing projects in Holguin

The Engineering and Design Services Company (Vertice) proposes several new housing projects. With the purpose of meeting housing needs in the province of Holguin.

Among the proposals stand out buildings using containers, grandparents’ houses, prefabricated modules for multifamily housing, hotel plots, and homes without steel or cement.

Solange Reyes Ochoa, an architect at this institution, referred to CNA that multifamily residences are built from prefabricated modules. Whose composition optimizes the capacity for insertion, articulation, and urban adaptation.

She added that buildings without cement or steel recover traditional construction techniques from colonial stages, can be integrated into urban áreas. Also offer an alternative in light of current limitations of these materials.

Reyes Ochoa commented that the plans have a functional composition, a bioclimatic comfort, flexibility of spaces. As well as rationality and economy in solutions, through the continuity of productive use.

These initiatives contribute to the well-being of the community with creative and sustainable solutions. Which improve the condition of properties in the province.

The Engineering and Design Services Company (Vertice) provides investment management work for the expansión, reconstruction, conservation, restoration, repair, maintenance, and dismantling of works. Including those of a monumental, historical, and heritage nature.
