Home delivery service for liquefied gas customers who purchase cylinders through the Enzona platform began recently in the province of Holguin, as part of the options to promote electronic commerce in that eastern territory.
In the first stage, users in the residential area of the city of Holguin will profit from it, however, it is intended to extend to other territories as conditions allow.
This service meets one of the demands of the population and also encourages purchases through digital payment gateways, said Yohanna López Díaz, director of the Unidad Empresarial de Base (UEB) Comercializadora de Combustibles.
She emphasized that the strategy has a positive impact on the improvement of services in this modality, implemented since 2021 and to which the extra cashier at the unit’s points of sale is added.
Among the UEB’s purchase options, the door-to-door delivery for territories where there are still no points of sale and, after coordination with the local governments, the purchase by the residents in the road sections is established, added the official.
This entity also has a presence on social platforms such as Telegram and Facebook, to which its more than 84 thousand customers have access, where users can interact and learn about topics of interest related to the service.
Holguín has 32 points of sale of liquefied gas and distribution is carried out in the municipalities of Moa, Antilla, Cueto, Banes, Urbano Noris and the provincial capital, with a distribution schedule that includes the reconciliation of daily bullets from Santiago de Cuba.
