Governor Visits Gastronomic Establishments in Holguin

Gastronomy in the city of Holguin continues to take steps toward transforming its services. Driven by production chains and new forms of economic management. During a workday focused on the control and quality of service to the public. The provincial governor, Manuel Hernández Aguilera, toured emblematic establishments in the sector this past weekend. Which now boast a renewed appearance and greater commercial variety.

One of the key stops on the tour was “Bar Coctelito (Little Cocktail Bar),” belonging to the Provincial Lodging and Gastronomy Company (EPAG). The iconic establishment, which reopened its doors on July 26th. It stands as an example of the positive impact of strategic alliances in maintaining sustainability in the food service industry.

During his visit, Hernández Aguilera spoke with the staff about the quality of the food, the variety of the menu, and the overall service.
