Holguín provincial fiscal Elisa Hernández Mulet was elected as a direct delegate to the 12th UJC Congress of the Young Communist League (UJC) slated for coming April 2024.
Hernández Mulet, whose work at the service of citizens and commitment to the law, stood out her joy of representing her colleagues at the youth event.

“We have high expectations about the UJC Congress where we will debate about the needs of today’s youth and possible solutions taking into account the characteristic of each territory”, added Hernández Mulet.
Yaneth Hernández Aguilera, first secretary of the UJC Provincial Committee, confirmed that the election of a direct delegate by Prosecutor’s Office in Holguin responds to the many tasks done by the youth there, among them, direct participation in production, volunteer works and blood donation.

As part of the event, the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of Holguín recognized with the commemoration plaque “61 anniversary de la UJC”, to the Nacional, Provincial y Municipal Bureaus of this youth organization for its work in the formation of a better youth.
Five new prosecutors were also sworn in, who signed the Code of Ethics, as a reaffirmation of the responsibility with the precepts that every jurist must comply with.
Arelis Marrero Guerrero, member of the Central Committee and member of the Provincial Bureau of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and Osmani Viñals García, first secretary of the Municipal Committee of the PCC in Holguín, among other leaders of the territory, participated in this meeting.
