Cuban engineering, and especially the scientific talent of Holguin province, has a new source of pride. Dr. Sara Fernández Cruz, a professor in the Department of Construction at the University of Holguin (UHo). She has been appointed to the Women in Engineering Commission (WIE) of the World Federation of Engineering Organizations (WFEO).
