Esteban Lazo Hernández, President of the ANPP, has convened the Sixth Ordinary Session of the Assembly. In its 10th Legislature, to be held on December 18th at the Havana Convention Center.
The convocation, published on the Cuban Parliament’s website, will be disseminated to members of parliament. Agencies of the Central State Administration, and other relevant authorities. As well as appearing in the Official Gazette of the Republic and other media outlets.
Moreover the agenda for the plenary session includes the evaluation of the implementation and impact of the measures in the Government Program. To correct distortions and revitalize the economy. Also the presentation of the economic objectives and goals for 2026. The analysis of the draft State Budget Law for that year.
The session will also include accountability reports from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment and the Provincial Government of People’s Power of Ciego de Avila. Also as well as the audit report from the Ministry of Justice and the discussion of other draft laws.
Prior to this, between December 15th and 17th, meetings of the legislature’s standing committees will be held to analyze more than 90 items on the national agenda that directly affect the population.
