La Colmenita Children’s Theater Company will arrive in Holguin this Saturday, August 9th. With the presentation of the show “Goldilocks, the Seven Bears, and the Prodigious Decade” at the Bariay Cultural Center at 6:30 p.m. local time.
The center, which will host these children, will be open to the public starting at 5:30 p.m., and admission is free.
This tour, which runs from August 4th to the 14th, is specifically dedicated to the 99th birthday of Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro Ruz. It will cover a large part of the country. Celebrating the 35th anniversary of the company created and led by Carlos Alberto ‘Tin’ Cremata. Which won this year’s National Community Culture Award.
On Sunday, August 10th at 10:30 am, as part of its national tour and cultural activities for the Comandante’s birthday. The company will also visit the “6 de Agosto” (August 6th) semi-boarding school in Biran.
The presentation of La Colmenita de Cuba in Holguin is part of this “Forever Young Summer” cultural program and is expected to be a flexible show. Blending children’s stories with songs from the prodigious decade and noble lyrics that seek to awaken nostalgia in families.
