The peak of the Perseid meteor shower will occur on August 11th and 12th. A spectacular spectacle visible in the sky from the Northern Hemisphere.
According to the website starwalkspace, the Perseids are considered the best meteor shower of the year north of the Equator, and reach their peak during the warm August nights. Producing a large number of fast-moving, bright meteors.
The best time to observe this phenomenon is before dawn, but according to the source, this year the Perseids will unfortunately reach their peak shortly after the Full Moon. Which will severely affect the number of visible meteors.
Although their peak is in August, this astronomical event can already be enjoyed from some areas since July 17th and continues until August 24th. Especially when the nights are darker and there are few clouds.
