Cuba Ready for Dialogue, Says Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez reiterated on Monday his country’s willingness to engage in dialogue with the United States. While refuting any possibility of breaking the political will of the Cuban people.

On social media, the Foreign Minister recalled that U.S. aggression is not new and denounced its progressive escalation in recent years. Its ruthless escalation in recent weeks, including the effort to completely block our fuel supplies.”

In the post, Rodríguez also exposed the true objectives of the aggression. Also which, “as always, is to break the political will of the Cuban people.” Faced with this objective, he stated that “the most experienced and astute individuals in Washington and Miami know that this goal is impossible to achieve.”

The top diplomat of the Caribbean nation declared that the “willingness to engage in dialogue is clear and well-known. It has been reiterated directly and publicly.”

Likewise, in the context of recent events and the escalation of aggression, Cuba has international solidarity and support. “We are not alone, and we are not standing idly by,” he asserted.
