New Hydraulic Investments to be Implemented in Holguin

The Territorial Delegation of Hydraulic Resources in the province of Holguin will promote new investments in 2026. Despite limitations in raw materials and the intensification of the United States’ economic, commercial, and financial blockade against Cuba.
