From November 20th to 30th, the 4th National Cybersecurity Conference was held. With the aim of raising public awareness about the importance of cybersecurity in daily and professional life. It included the National Cybersecurity Workshop. As well as technical workshops, cyberattack response simulations, and campaigns on various platforms.
November marked a significant moment for the Ministry of Communications (Mincom) with its participation in the 41st Havana International Fair. Held from November 24th to 29th at the Expocuba fairgrounds.

Meanwhile, the Cuban Collaborative Encyclopedia on the Web (EcuRed) celebrated its 15th anniversary on the 14th of that month. The Young Computer Clubs received congratulations on social media from the Ministry of Communications (Mincom) for their hard work in positioning this digital reference platform as the most visited in the country.
Ernesto Soberón Guzmán, Cuba’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, denounced on December 18th, during the High-Level Meeting of the General Assembly, the limitations imposed on Cuba’s access to Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs).
