New Reserves Graduate from the PCC Faculty in Holguin

To commemorate the 48th anniversary of the founding of the Pedro Díaz Coello Faculty of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC). The 19th graduation ceremony for the cadre reserve training course for political and mass organizations in the province was held in Holguin.

The ceremony, attended by Joel Queipo Ruíz, president of the Provincial Defense Council. Also served as a special occasion to commemorate the creation of this emblematic institution, dedicated to the training of future cadres.

As part of this significant event, the Centennial Youth card was presented to the members of the twentieth edition of this training program. Considered a breeding ground for the future defenders of a just and sovereign Cuba.

In a moment laden with symbolism, tribute was paid to the historic events of Operation Carlota. Cuba’s internationalist mission in southern Africa, with special recognition given to the faculty and staff who participated in that epic undertaking.

Similarly, the recognition bestowed by the PCC, the UJC, the CTC, and the FMC upon the most outstanding students of the graduating class was noteworthy. In this context of distinctions, Liban Fernando Espinosa Hechavarría received from Queipo Ruíz the diploma. Recognizing him as a top student of the graduating class. Thanks to his active participation in academic and extracurricular activities, his excellent academic results, and his dedication to every task undertaken.

On behalf of all the graduates, Ania Ramírez Figueredo stated that the certificate they received represents more than an achievement. It represents a new responsibility. She emphasized the challenge of becoming political leaders who do not confine themselves to offices. Who do not abandon the front lines. Who visit the People’s Councils and establish a sincere dialogue with the people. Always free from any personal privilege.

Finally, Maritza Salas Ge, after acknowledging the attitude and commitment of the young people during their studies. Also which provided them with new theoretical and methodological tools. Also with practical skills to creatively carry out their duties. Urged them to cherish and preserve unity. As a fundamental and indispensable principle of the Cuban revolutionary process.
