FIHAV 2025 with Innovative Themes to Boost Business

The 41st edition of the Havana International Fair, from November 24th to 29th at the ExpoCuba fairgrounds, is shaping up to be a crucial showcase for revitalizing the national economy. With confirmed participation to date from 47 countries and the European Union.

As part of the agenda, the 8th Investment Forum, business forums, product launches, and conferences on various topics will be held. Simultaneously, the Caribbean Banking Forum will take place at the Parque Central Hotel on November 26th and 27th. Also with the aim of strengthening regional financial integration among CARICOM countries.

One of the most significant aspects of this edition will be the exhibition of five new thematic areas. The first is “Made in Cuba,” which will showcase exportable products and services from all regions of the country. The second will be dedicated to the energy transition, while “AI Cuba” will be an interactive space focused on artificial intelligence.

The “FIHAV 2025 Integration Mechanisms Forum” will also take place. Focusing on frameworks in which Cuba participates, such as ALBA-TCP, the Eurasian Economic Union, BRICS, and ALADI. Showcasing projects with potential for member countries.

Finally, the “Cuba Única” area will offer comprehensive promotion of the tourism sector.

The event will have significant chamber representation. With approximately 20 Chambers of Commerce from various countries having confirmed their attendance so far.

He also confirmed the presence of delegations from Spain, Turkey, Romania, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago, the Federation of Chambers of Commerce of Saudi Arabia, and Vietnam. In line with this outlook, five business forums will be held with Cuba’s main trading partners: Russia, Vietnam, Iran, Turkey, and Argentina.

On the local side, 240 Cuban companies will participate, 181 of which are state-owned. And 61 are private micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). These participants come from key sectors such as food production, the agri-food sector, health, and biopharmaceuticals.
