Tropical Storm Melissa remained almost stationary in the Caribbean Sea. With maximum sustained winds of 75 kilometers per hour and higher gusts. The Forecast Center of the Institute of Meteorology (Insmet) reported in its Tropical Cyclone Advisory No. 7.
