The Latin American and Caribbean Economic System (SELA) reported on the visit to Havana, Cuba, of its Secretary General, Ambassador Lesly David, where he was received by President Miguel Díaz-Canel.

David, a Haitian national, stated that Havana can count on the Latin American and Caribbean Economic System. Futhermore he emphasized that “SELA has always counted on Cuba and will continue to do so.”
In the context of his first official visit to Cuba, the ambassador met with government authorities from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Ministry of Finance and Prices.
