The Crystal Festival is one of the most important cultural events that has been held in the province of Holguin for three years. It brings together the most authentic displays of Cuban identity, traditions, cultural roots, and music as an expression of fine art.
Each year presents a greater challenge in terms of the design and organization of the show. Embellished with dance, humor, audience interaction, and other artistic and cultural manifestations.
Today we spoke in the courtyard of the Saratoga Hotel in Holguin with Yoanny Lubín Bernal, a veteran facilitator of the PMM project. Regarding the design of this show, each edition becomes a little more enriching. What does this presentation bring?
The show keeps changing as times evolve, like they are now. The urban genre is becoming a popular trend, and the songs in the cast are becoming increasingly international. That’s one of the contributions of this festival in Holguin and the Havana scene. In which Wildey, a leading exponent of the urban genre, participates.
The show was always seasoned with good Cuban music, so loved and in demand by our audiences. But the cast songs are also Cuban music, so this time this also represents a detail and a contribution to the great celebration of the Cristal brand.
Regarding the organization of the Fiesta Cristal event, I can tell you that it’s a tremendous team. There’s been a lot of consultation with the host, the marketing specialist from the Bucanero brewery, and, in fact, with everyone.
What’s going to happen this Saturday in Holguin?
Isn’t the decision of just one person; it’s the decision of a highly qualified group whose professional work is dedicated to achieving the show’s success.
Expectations are high; the dynamics of the show will be very varied, with beers, sweaters, and allegorical pitchers of the Cristal brand being offered. There will be prizes like cases of beer, among other surprises, comments Lubín.
We’ll also have raffles for internet users through social media, tickets will be given away, and raffles will be offered. In short, it’s a festival of gifts, and the party is completely free for everyone, as stated in a press conference.
