International condemnation of Israeli offensive against Iran

Numerous countries around the world have strongly condemned the Israeli offensive against Iran. Describing it as a serious violation of international law and the UN Charter. Since the early morning of June 13th, when Israel launched an unprovoked attack against Iran, the two nations have been exchanging bombings.

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez denounced on social media platform X the military aggression of Israel and warned about the attacks on Iranian civilians and media, criticizing the “double standard” of Tel Aviv’s allies, who he said support this new crime with their silence. The minister added that the “Zionist regime” acts with total impunity, ignoring the international norms that regulate the legitimate use of force.

For his part, the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, condemned these attacks in a conversation with his U.S. counterpart, Donald Trump, and expressed his grave concern over a possible escalation of the conflict, which ‘would have unpredictable consequences for the entire situation in the Middle East region.

‘The Russian Foreign Ministry also emphasized that most countries in the world reacted strongly and unyieldingly against the Israeli offensive in Iranian territory, including nuclear energy infrastructure.
Additionally, the Russian permanent representative to the UN, Vasili Nebenzia, warned that Israel’s actions push the region toward a ‘large-scale nuclear disaster.

From Latin America, several nations, including Brazil, Venezuela, Cuba, and Nicaragua, expressed their rejection of Tel Aviv’s actions. Similarly, countries from the Islamic world, such as Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Pakistan, have reacted.
