Díaz-Canel reaffirms actions to improve the electric system

Miguel Díaz-Canel, President of Cuba, reaffirmed today in X the serious situation of the National Electric System (SEN in the Spanish acronym). Stressing that although it’s recovery will take time. They are working hard and they will achieve it.
