The Vice President of the Russian Government led together with his Cuban colleague Ricardo Cabrisas the XXII Session of the Cuban-Russian Intergovernmental Commission for Economic, Commercial and Scientific-Technical Cooperation.
As part of the work of the Commission, which met in the El Laguito Protocol Room. More than a dozen cooperation agreements were signed. In a ceremony that was also headed by the Head of the Government of the Republic, Manuel Marrero Cruz.
The initialed documents cover areas such as health; castastro and cartography registry activities; geodesy, data and space technologies and other related subjects. Among other agreements, the establishment of a joint Artificial Intelligence laboratory was also signed.
