Cuban president evaluates work priorities in Holguín

Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel arrived today in the municipality of Mayarí, Holguín province, to evaluate work priorities in the economic, social and political order for 2024.

Together with Roberto Morales Ojeda, secretary of Organization of the Central Committee of the PCC, the president began his tour this Friday at the Empresa Agroindustrial Guatemala, reported the PCC’s X account.

“By the Empresa Agroindustrial Guatemala, in the municipality of Mayarí, began his tour of Holguin the First Secretary of the CCPCC, @DiazCanelB along with @DrRobertoMOjeda by this eastern area. There, previously idle areas are home to various crops”.

On the social network itself, the also First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) stated that this Friday he will also tour localities in the province of Las Tunas.

Cuba rises every day above the difficulties and creates, said the president in his message, while thanking the people for their welcome in each of the places.

This Thursday, the president checked the progress of the municipalities of Maisí (Guantánamo) and Río Cauto (Granma), totaling eleven territories visited so far during the last few days.
