Holguín ETECSA informs about Nauta Hogar payment method

In order to ease the payment of the Nauta Hogar service, Empresa de Telecommunications Company of Cuba (ETECSA) in the province of Holguín offers its users several users several options to carry out this commercial management, as reported to Radio Angulo Digital Iliana Fernandez, a specialist in Institutional Communication of that entity.

She also pointed out that in the event of not remembering the blocking date of the Nauta Hogar, customers can get the information through the https://www.nauta.cu, a new Nauta portal, free of charge, which will also provide notifications of sensitive operations such as password changes, transfers and reminder notifications of blocking and deletion dates for Nauta Hogar customers.

Nauta Hogar is a technological project developed and administered by ETECSA, with the objective of commercializing Internet services to Cuban individuals through ADSL connection.

To contract the service it is necessary to reside in one of the areas where the service is marketed, to have an active fixed telephony service and a telephone pair with the technical conditions to establish a link for data transmission and use of the service.

From December 19, 2016 and until February 28, 2017, a pilot test was conducted in 858 houses in Havana’s heart, where users had free access to the Internet from their homes. After this free test, the commercialization of the service began.
