The company of Pharmacies and Opticians in the province of Holguin reinforces the epidemiological surveillance in all its entities ensuring compliance with hygienic measures aimed at preventing the emergence or spread of respiratory diseases or the new coronavirus still circulating in our country.
The Master in Sciences Rafael Escobar Concepción, specialist in marketing and communication of this company, commented that there are complementary measures of action in relation to the attention to the people who go to the pharmacies and opticians.
"The use of the masks -both by the public and by the staff of the entity-, to have the sanitary filters for frequent hand washing with hypochlorite, and the pedicure cloth at the entrance of the establishments, to keep the interpersonal safety distance, to avoid crowding inside the institutions, to clean and disinfect frequently the attention areas", he commented.
He also explained that "the facilities have the necessary resources to sanitize the areas, and the surveillance is not only for visitors but also for the labor collective that must strictly comply with the defined preventive measures.
The new measures incorporated are aimed at further strengthening and implementing the necessary mechanisms so that the continuity of service delivery is not altered, "all workers know the procedure for reacting to a suspicious case and there are well-defined communication mechanisms by Public Health to act with agility and prudence," said Escobar Concepción.
Compliance with health measures in centers where a large number of people go daily is of vital importance to avoid any epidemic outbreak mainly of respiratory diseases.
