Some one thousand participants and guests from around the world will attend the opening of the forum, which will take place Monday, November 23 at the Panama Hotel, said the president of the Panama's Economists' organization, doctor Olmedo Estrada.
The forum, which will close November 25, will be the appropriate scenario for experts to discuss the most pressing problems of world economy, Estrada said.
High on the agenda will be the current world economic situation and slump of the so-called emerging economies. Also on the spotlight of the forum is the new scenario given by Latin American and Caribbean economic integration.
The forum was organized by Panama's Economists' Organization and the Association of Latin American and Caribbean Economists. / CNA.
