Cuban Youths Mark Foundation of Communist Organization

When the Young Communist League (UJC) was founded 54 years ago, they never thought of having made so many feats; but today its members have made history and keep walking along the path initiated by the former Asociacion de Jovenes Rebeldes.
Cuba: Children and Youth Mark Birthday of their Orgs


Today's generations are participating actively in all the fields of the country's economic and social life; they are for instance working to boost sugar cane production and reach higher productivity.

But the youths are also meeting a packed agenda that includes camps, walks, parties, contest and encounters with the preceding generations.

The members of the Movimiento Juvenil Martiano (Jose Marti Youth Movement) work to not alone spread the ideas of Cuba's national Hero but also to boost love for the country's history.

They also meet a working plan to pay attention to the claims of children teems and youths thru a methodology employed in all the levels of education and at workplaces.

The UJC is also working to strengthen the ideological work with the new generations; which go in tune with their likes, based on the new technologies and codes that meets their interests.

The UJC as a political organization of the Cuban youths go strengthening work, and keep developing activities to contribute to forming youths with civic education, who feel love for the homeland, and their history.

The UJC takes to all possible spaces its message; that is why, the Cuban youth celebrates today the 54 years of the foundation of the Young Communist League (UJC), committed to being better communists every new day.
