Tourism Infrastructure Growing in Gibara, Holguin Province

The building of a dock for landing purposes became a need in Gibara due to the increasing number of sea arrivals of foreign tourists to that town in the Cuban province of Holguin. Such investment was necessary because of the bottom of the homonymous bay was not deep enough such a goal.

Local authorities in the coastal town that have been creating an infrastructure for tourism. The MARLIN Marinas y Nauticas, belonging to the Holguin tourist resort, inaugurated a dock for shipping tourists that reach Gibara by different ways.

The MARLIN is one of the main companies that operate in the also called the White Village of the Crabs, offering customers catamaran excursions, speedboats and fishing, among other attractions.

The group also opened the MARLIN shop, with the aim to complete the tourist product and to increase the destination's competitiveness, thus turning Gibara into an attractive destination. / Ahora.
