The Company of Information Technologies and Advanced Telematic Services (Citmatel), located in the Cuban province of Holguin, has so ar implemented the XXI Rhodes software in 40 companies and budgeted entities in this northeastern jurisdiction.
Martha Perez, director of the Innomax group belonging to the Ministry of Science Technology and Environment, explained that this is an effective economic and administrative integrated marketing process for the Cuban state enterprise system.
She noted that the new software has 10 modules, including those of ease operations related to finance, human resources, inventory, payroll, transportation and fuels.
This alternative, said the specialist, not only can handle an unlimited number of organizations, but its system can be adapted to the particularities of each user. It also facilitates the exchange of the receipts generated by other tools in accounting.
In order to expand this program to agencies throughout the territory, the company is offering training courses for workers involved in the operation of the new software, while suggesting new applications for future versions, Perez said.
