The new Spanish made technology installed there was praised by the workers, who said they can now produce some 500 daily tons, mostly after the automation of 98 percent of the production process.

At the Heroes del 26 de Julio mechanical factory and the factory of KTP sugar cane harvesters, VP Valdes Mesa was informed on the features and present-day situation of both centers.

The visitors also saw the presentation of projects of several machineries to be used in the sugar cane and rice harvests, which will come true once the Sino-Cuban joint work starts.

VP Valdes Mesa and all the leaders that accompanied him in the tour stressed on the need of the adequate preparation of the bosses and workers in the workplaces.

The visitors got interested on the accomplishment of the different indicators at the Heroes del 26 de Julio mechanical factory and the factory of KTP sugar cane harvesters so far this year, which had faced troubles with the supplies and budget; that is why, a sustainable and objective planning is needed.
