The Municipal Assemblies of People's Power in its seventeenth term of office will hold an extraordinary session this Sunday, January 21 in the 14 municipalities of the province of Holguin.

The objective of the meeting is to nominate candidates for delegates to the Provincial Assembly and deputies to the National Assembly, Carmen Gertrudis Bejerano Tamayo, secretary of the governing body throughout this territory, told this press.

The 103 candidates nominated to provincial delegates and the 55 deputies will begin on January 22 toured by communities, student and labor centers, where they will be presented by the commissions of candidates to the population, previous step to the elections of March 11 in the polling stations that be enabled.
