From Russia arrived in Holguin on Monday morning the first charter flight of NordwinAirlines with more than 300 tourists on the Boeing 777-300

The Russian tour operator Pegas Touristik, who has been operating for more than a year at the Cayo Coco Pole, in the center of the island; for the first time, it diversifies its destination to Holguin contracted until October 2018. Flights will be arriving at Frank Pais Garcia International Airport every 10 days.

In the territory of Holguin there are three Russian representatives who, together with the 11 guides, will work directly with the tourists.

They will stay in sun and beach facilities, corresponding to the Club Amigo hotels where 112 of them will be, in Brisas Guardalavaca 96, both of Cubanacán, and the rest will be in different hotels belonging to Gaviota.

The preparation of the employees that works with tourism was fundamental in order to be able to provide an excellent service to the clients while at the same time the language proficiency in the workers was intensified.

There were created promotional videos and a channel in Russian that will initiate its transmissions upon the arrival of the guests to the facilities.

The main objective in the future is to guarantee the stability of this new public and to make the presence of this market more effective, said Yadismir Saavedra Pérez, director of the travel agency Cubanacán at the Oriente branch.

This new market looks for nature tourism and maritime offers as the main attraction as well as the receptive Ecotur.

Among the packages prepared for sale are the star excursion of the Marina Marlin which is OceanParadise and the Island Paradise, as well as an overnight trip to Gibara and Santiago de Cuba, the latter includes a visit to the Santa Ifigenia cemetery where the remains of our Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz
