Holguin Reopens Restaurant El Fausto After Been Renovated
The popular restaurant El Fausto, in the northen area of Holguin city, was just reopened this week after undergoing a major renovation process, as part of the actions carried out in the homonymous northeastern Cuban province aimed at improving gastronomic services.

Belonging to the Provincial Lodging and Gastronomy Company, the unit, with capacity for 32 consumers, specializes in Creole food, with a menu based on chicken, pork, beef and some smoked products, in addition to the cocktails and national beers.

According to Joaquin Castañer, its administrator, the cost of renovation works was about 240,000 Cuban pesos and involved entities such as the Cuban Cultural Property Fund, Copextel and the Local Industry Company, among others.

With the presence of Luis Antonio Torres Iríbar, a member of the Central Committee and first secretary of the Party in Holguin and Julio Cesar Estupiñan Rodriguez, president of the Provincial Assembly of People's Power, it was known that "El Fausto" will offer daily service, from 12 noon to 1:00 pm, on a first come, first served basis and with offers in both currencies.

Torres Iríbar urged to maintain the quality of offers and services, besides the fulfillment of the norms of courtesy and formal education, all this accompanied of the respect to the people. / By Maria Caridad Martinez Peregrin - Ahora.
