In Europe there are very little new, the most attractive cinema lies in this continent, she said at the end of the official presentation of the judges of this contest.

I love being a jury, the only downside is that eventually you have to choose one, is as inevitable as death and hence the rough time, she said.

I just saw the Festival catalog and there are wonderful things, I want to see Latin American films and here I have plenty of that, she added.

Returning to Havana, I feel as if I were coming to my second home. I would even like to work in Cuba, she said.

During the opening ceremony of the Havana festival, Geraldine Chaplin will receive the 2014 Coral Award for best actress in leading role, for the film "Dolares de arena" (Dominican Republic, Argentina, Mexico).
