Some 150 Cuban and foreign researchers will close today the debate sessions developed from October 25 as part of the activities of the 10th Ibero-American Congress of Thought.
Gender studies, development of social thought, multiculturalism and alternative cultures are the three big forums where lectures and community projects are presented.
To provide a meeting place for established and new researchers from Cuba and abroad to exchange experiences in terms of evaluating the development of society is since its inception the essential premise of the event, its coordinator Yaimara Almaguer told ACN.
The activities for today include a panel on feminist thought by Ania Pupo, master in science and professor at the University of Holguin.
The event is attended by professionals from almost all provinces of the country and foreigners coming mainly from Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, USA and Spain.
